The Union Boxing Federation was inaugurated as an amateur and professional body in Thailand, where amateur boxing was not very popular

Many times boxers were selected from Muay Thai camps to participate in the Asian games and the Olympic games.

Here in the UK we are primarily focusing on Amateur Sport Boxing and very quickly we are growing in popularity.
